This is a wonderful apartment – spacious and newly refinished (refinished counters, hardwood floors in the kitchen, bathroom, new carpeting, paint, etc) If I were staying in Texas I would move nowhere else. There’s gated/covered parking with one guaranteed spot for the apartment (although there is more parking available inside the gates). Other amenities include: several pools, a police officer that patrols the grounds at night, extremely friendly management, and a GREAT location. From here, you are just minutes from both 610 and I-10, 5 minutes from the Galleria and 10 minutes from downtown. This is the best price you’ll find inside the loop for all the amenities that come with it!! Don’t miss out! In my urgency to leave, I’m also willing to part with a small sectional sofa I bought for the apartment free of charge – I won’t have time to figure out how to bring it back with me.
