The only utilities we will have to split is Gas and Electricty. This room is ideal for someone that just wants a place to get their stuff done, go to class, and have a nice place and building to go to sleep in. I will have a TV and couch and will be out of the house most of the time (either in class, at my home in pasadena, or sleeping over at other friend’s houses) but the room isn’t set up for a party situation.
