I have two small dogs, which don’t shed and are relatively quiet. They stay in my room most of the time, especially when I am not home. They do well with other dogs and cats.
I work as a Research Associate in Cancer Biology full-time and baby-sit in my spare time.
My current roommate is having to unexpectedly move out in March, and I am looking for a new roommate to take her place.
I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet, and doesn’t bring the party home with her, and someone who is willing to help with the few minor chores around the house, such as dishes and keeping the common areas tidy.
The house has a washer and dryer, garage to store things in, a screened in porch, two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen and living room.

Apartment is located in the Birchwood Apartment complex near MTSU’s campus. The rent is super cheap considering the size. We would split rent and utilities, which are not included in the rent. You must like cats, and I’d prefer a non-smoker. The open bedroom has 2 closets, and the bathroom is directly across the hall from it. I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as possible before the rent is due for February on the 1st. You must join the lease that is up at the end of July, which includes an application fee and a deposit (I think it’s a total of 200.00). Message with questions.

At the end of the Spring 2012 semester, one of my roommates and myself are graduating and are looking to sublease our part of the 4 bedroom house, more specifically the upstairs which contains 2 large bedrooms, include well portioned closets, and a bathroom.
